Description
Jack Welsh Section B; Chocolate Dun; Gelding; 12 yrs; 13hh > Qualified and Winner for Mini-PC Champs SJ > Many wins and placings in SJ, Dressage, Mounted Games, Working Hunter and Showing > Versatile PC pony, loves jumping, dressage, mounted games, pony camps, beach rides, fun rides and hacking. After 2 amazing years, my daughter is moving onto bigger pony having learnt the ropes on Jack. He has the most fantastic temperament and daughter does everything herself with him – from catching; bringing in; tacking up; grooming and bathing; loading and unloading; leading others. A real character whom everyone adores, a proper child’s pony -hence sad but necessary sale. He is well-schooled and will turn his hoof to anything. Adapts to his rider and has taken my now 12 yr old daughter from hacking experience only to winning SJ competitions up to 60cm, experience of dressage, mounted games, XC and great fun at pony camps. He is off the leg responsive. Always in the rosettes in SJ up to 70cm and dressage. Qualified for Pony Club mini-champs repeatedly. Winner of Mini-Champs SJ 2019. NPS Summer Champs in Malvern Malvern and Moorland Working Hunter Pony. Competed in regional teams at PC Mounted Games. Quick against the clock and can turn on a sixpence, tight turns are his forte! Jack will be great fun and accomplish even more in the future with confident competent forward rider. We would prefer him to go to a busy home as this suits him best. Although not naughty, Not suitable as a first pony. He hacks alone and in company. Can be led in hand or from other pony if needed for smaller children. Adapts himself well to smaller and bigger children – ranges from lead pony rides (including in a church as Christmas ponkey) for tiny children to XC for confident kids. Loves the company of other ponies – familiar or unknown. Easy at rallies, camps and chilled at unfamiliar places. Super easy to look after. Never been lame/ sick. Up to date with farrier, teeth and vaccinations. Always a good boy. Fronts only for roadwork and Cornwall stoney paths but has great feet. Not fazed by dogs, animals, farm machinery etc. Loves his stable and benefits from being in a regular daily routine. Great viewing facilities. Hundreds of photos and video’s available. Well-fitted tack and several rugs by negotiation. Please message me in first instance on Whatsapp 07758 519272
