- Éclaire vitesse (Crumpet) is a wonderful 14.1 pony who has so much to give. Loved by everyone she has such a big personality and loves to be the centre of attention. Crumpet is a proven hunter with previous owners and we have mostly focused on show jumping. She has been completely looked after and only ridden by our 11 year old so could suit a child but only a confident jockey who likes a forward ride as our daughter has no fear and rides as such. We feel she would best suit a teenager or would be a perfect mother daughter sharer. Mum hack in the week with child competing and winning at the weekend! Our daughter has taken her to unaffiliated and BS shows which is something the pony had never done before and she has shown lots of promise with placings in BS and she truly has scope to burn. We have competed her at 70 -90cm but she trots up to 1m in training and has no fear. Out hacking she is a dream whether out alone or in company and can be ridden on the buckle. She isn’t fazed by machinery or noises. She is a fizzy girl and needs a confident rider who will not be fazed when she gets excited. She always settles down quickly but needs to feel your confidence to be at her best. We know she has loads of potential but we just have too many ponies at the moment to really focus on her and so have made the difficult decision to offer her up for sale. Please no time waters as our daughter is devastated and videos of rider will be needed before viewing g as she is not for Novice riders as we do not want to put her through having these riders on her.
