- Safe, reliable and doesn’t need to be ridden every day. A 15.1 Friesian mare who is very well bred, out of ster stallion Tjobe T and was Champion Young Mare at her 2 year-old grading. Good to hack, in traffic, and enjoys cantering through fields and in open spaces. She’ll happily go out for hours through woodlands, cantering across the common and excellent at the beach. Not silly or strong and always ridden in a snaffle. Can be brushed and pampered by children, her current owner has a small child who will often brush her on a Saturday and she’ll stand patiently without moving. Also fine with dogs, coming from a busy livery yard where there were often dogs walking around. This real life black beauty has enormous potential and natural ability. Three fabulous paces with much more to come. She will excel through the levels and is ready to affiliate BD. An eye catching example of the breed, she always receives nice comments when out hacking or at shows from passers by and judges. Danaerys is the easiest horse to look after, happily lives in or out, and a good doerr who doesn’t require a lot of feed even when in moderate to heavy work. Currently barefoot and hacked once a week but has been shod previously. Easy to clip, shoe, load, and travels well in a horsebox and trailer. Good to do in all ways. Would suit a number of homes; mother daughter share, Riding Club activities, fun rides, happy hacking, and a home looking to enjoy dressage (affiliated or unaffiliated).
