- Bred by John Roche at Assagart Stud - Grace is a quality, well put together mare, with a lovely temperament.
She is well handled, good to catch, with the farrier, loads and travels well etc.
she has loose jumped showing scope & talent over a fence, she has long reined, lunged, had tack on and has been sat on.
She moves very well on the flat also.
Her sire ‘Jack The Robin’ is a well bred upcoming eventing stallion who's bloodlines goes back to those of ladykiller, Furioso, Rantzau, and Cottage Son to name a few who have all had a significant influence on modern breeding of showjumpers, eventing and dressage horses.
Her grandsire ‘Colin Diamond’ is a proven stallion with many of his offspring performing successfully in every sphere - he has multiple offspring eventing upto CCI4* across Europe and the USA, as well as 1m40 jumpers, international dressage horses and successful show horses.
Her dam Assagart Velvet has herself been very successful in the showing ring with multiple top placings including at the Dublin Horse Show.
Grace does have a superficial scar on her one back leg which may prevent her from being a top show horse herself, it courses her no issues or lameness.
