Description: ID x Warmblood Chestnut mare who has a very bright future ahead! Last measured at 16.1hh with excellent bloodlines and fantastic moves; homebred so she has been in the same home from day one. Very sad sale of my lovely girl however due to young children I unfortunately don’t have the time for a young horse as I’d hoped and it isn’t fair for this mare to be wasted! She turned 4 in March 2024 and has been profesionally backed early this year and returned to carry on her education in May. After July & August off, she is now being brought back into light ridden work. Videos of backing can be seen along with photos/ videos right back to the day she was born! She loads and travels brilliantly, having moved down South a couple of years ago and returning to the midlands last year-she has travelled for very lengthy journeys and never made a sound. She was lightly shown in 2022 winning the youngstock class first time out. She has seen large farm machinery, and more recently been long reined calmly very close by to a tractor hedge cutting and never bothered. She is happy to be with other horses but equally settles happily on her own and has had a mixture of being in a herd and individual turnout along with being kept solely on her own. Previously on occasion has also been turned out with cows! She absolutely loves attention, enjoys being stabled but will live in or out. She has had regular farrier visits from the age of 4 months and her wolf teeth removed in December 2023. She is up to date with everything, teeth having recently been done, physio & feet, etc. She is well handled, has done lots of groundwork and is used to chaotic family life i.e. Young children, dogs and sharing her paddock with our two pet goats. A home willing to give her time is very important and in a comfortable environment she has a lot to give and will excel in the right hands. Experienced home only, absolutely no novices! This mare is very special to me so 10* home is a must to someone who can give her the time she deserves. Please no time wasters, reluctant sale so serious riders only looking for a quality competition prospect or forever best friend. Would consider a short term LWVTB to ensure she has found the correct partnership!
