Zeus has been with us from day one he was out of a 12.2 jumping machine by grade 1 Connemara stallion Anbally
To start Zeus won’t be for a novice! But for a kid/small adult that has a bit of get up and go about them he will excel! Zeus absolutely loves his jumping and is honest to a fence, he’s jumped all sorts of fillers since day one including water trays. Been Cross country a few times.
Dressage wise he’s put together some nice tests at the 2 outings he’s had and been in the placings with promising marks and comments.
He’s been to 2 agricultural:
*1st SHP Peebles show 2022 (first ever show)
*3rd WHP Biggar show 2023 (first ever whp)
Zeus has a cheeky side which I’ve added a video of so you can decide if it’s something you can handle before wasting anyone’s time! (Video context- he hadn’t been sat on in weeks and I picked the windiest day to hop back on! If I’d lunged him for 5 minutes I could have avoided his yeeha moments! But where’s the fun in that!) As you can see he’s not nasty with it and truly doesn’t have much talent for it!
At home in day to day life he loves being brushed and could fall asleep being clipped- he’s had everything off apart from half his head/ears and was super. Good to shoe/catch/load etc.
*Zeus was sold last year but unfortunately out hacking before his vetting he was spooked by a plastic bag that went flying past in the wind and tripped. Thankfully for me he scrambled to keep his feet or I would have gone head first onto the road. But in his efforts to stay upright he did pick up a small injury that has left him with a small splint on his front left.
Price is negotiable to the best home.
