- 15.3hh, rising 7 year old, TB, gelding. Ronnie is an active and attractive mover who is coming together very nicely on the flat. He was bred for racing, however, he was sold to his current owner before going into training, as a lightly backed 4 year old- so he has never raced. He is capable and careful over a fence with a good technique and very much enjoys jumping. Bold to his fences and has seen a variety of fillers. Honest jumper. Ronnie's current owner has produced him steadily, and he has done a little bit of everything with her, including a couple of XC schools. Good to hack alone and in company, catch, shoe etc... Been very good with all the traffic he’s seen with us (including diggers / dumpers). Ronnie would suit a confident, quiet rider to continue his education. Although not naughty, he is a little bit sharp and can spook, so he is not suitable for a novice or nervous rider. He has the makings of a very nice Event horse or smart allrounder with a little bit of time spent on furthering his strength and education, and will be a very rewarding project for the right person. Ready to get out and about and to begin his competitive career this season. Only for sale as his owner has relocated to Cyprus. Good home is very important for this sweet chap. Weaves when stressed.
