- Chance is a very talented competition pony who excels in all disciplines. We bought Chance as a 5 year old from friends who backed and produced him so his full history is know. Unfortunately my daughter has now outgrown Chance and we would love to find him a super new home. With 3 correct paces, Chance is beautifully schooled and has competed in unaffiliated dressage up to Novice with scores up to 74% and is currently working elementary at home, in his previous home he was both Pony Club and Riding Club National Dressage Champion. We have taken Chance to a few showing shows where he has won his classes and also went Champion and then Supreme Champion. Having competed in local showjumping competitions Chance is always in the top placings proving very careful and quick, he has competed up to 75cm with us and is schooling 90cm at home but has not been rushed or over jumped. We feel Chance has scope to become a top event pony as he does very well in all aspects and particularly loves the XC phase where he is a machine and is totally unfazed by water, ditches, owl holes etc, schooling 80cm with ease. He has entered six ODE so far and has won four of them and came second in the other two! We recently entered our first workers with him where he came third in a very competitive class after a super clear round and foot perfect show with the judge commenting on his super gallop, he is forward but has good brakes. Chance has a lovely temperament, he loves cuddles, is snaffle mouthed at all times, great to hack alone or in company and good in open spaces and with traffic, up to date with teeth / wormers / vaccinations / physio, he is fit and ready to go. With no vices or medical issues Chance is happy to live either in or out, with mares or geldings and is good to bath / clip / load / travel / farrier (he is barefoot).
