- Pony Club Pony For Sale 13.2 liver chestnut Welsh mare - Excellent jumper - Bold and Brave - Fast against the clock - 100% bombproof to hack Caz is sadly for sale after 2 years of fun with my now 13 year old daughter. She was our second pony and has taken my daughter from jumping 50cm with her first pony to 80cm tracks and training around higher fences at home and at clinics. She is forward but not strong, covers the ground and will jump off any stride. She is snaffle mouthed at all times and responsive to the aids. Since owning her we have competed Pony Club, NESA, unaffiliated SJ and attended hunter trials, and are often in the ribbons. She has attended many pony club rallies and two camps with us as well as with her previous owners (who we are in touch with). She is perfect to handle at shows and stands quietly on the lorry. Caz hacks out alone and in company and is foot perfect. She will go at the front or the back, happily and on the buckle. She can be mareish when in season and we have managed this with regumate but she has now had an Improvac injection and has showed much improvement. She isn’t always the greatest fan of being brushed and fussed, is much more of a “get on with it” pony! She will sometimes pull faces when being tacked up and when brushing under her belly. We manage this by tying her up when we get ready and this works well. We were not a very experienced horse family when we bought her, and she has taught us lots. We have had two wonderful years, and we are now looking for the perfect home for Caz. Home much more important than price. All tack and rugs included (saddle only 2 years old).
