- The most ultimate pony club pony with his experience and his nature he is one of them gold dust ponies that you can never find!!! Apollo is 13.3 15 year old & the most adaptable pony I have ever seen he really does turn his hoof to anything He is well known to the pony club as Scooby (Glynebourne Degas) and excelled in all disciplines Apollo is like a puppy he will follow you around the field he comes to call & his ground manners are impeccable he will stand all day to pampered, pick his feet up and does not try to put it down until you are done My 12 year old daughter has all the dealings with Apollo I do not have to assist her at all We are on a busy riding school and livery yard and he is the pony that everyone wants to turn out or bring in he really is an absolute pleasure we’ve owned him for 18 months we’ve never had a buck or a rear all we have had is so much love, fun and wins!!! There’s not a thing we haven’t done with him he is never silly or strong Never had a days sickness with him the only vet visit we have had is for vaccines My daughter has mainly concentrated on jumping since she left pony club and he has taken my daughter from jumping 50-60’s to jumping 120 at home & 90cm courses with plenty of scope he is quite happy to come up or down for his riders Apollo hacks alone or in company will go 1st or last not bothered by any form or vehicle or moving object I absolutely trust him with my life my daughter takes him out on her own and he always brings her hime safe Apollo is perfect for dentist, farrier, clip and bath. Loads and travels beautifully on Lorrys, trailers and horse boxes you don’t even know his on the box and he stands all day at a show without a sound absolute diamond at stay away shows His not bothered if his not turned out stands quite all day no door kicking no cribbing and no weaving never snappy or stroppy and not fresh to turn out the next day Upto date with feet, physio, teeth, saddle fit and vaccinations Shod every 6 weeks Reason Apollo is looking for a new home is my daughter wants to jump bigger tracks I’d rather him do his job all over again learn and make another child as happy as he has made mine my daughter is ready to make her own stamp on a pony he really has taught her so well in a way I’m frightened of finding Apollo a new home because I know I’m never going to be able to replace him as a pony he really is my daughters best friend full wardrobe available Any vettings welcome located Surrey good facilities Very best home wanted for our boy No loans/shares or lwvtb
