Description: AMBER - LOW MILAGE YOUNG RIDDEN MARE 16.1 Approx 4yo british bred mare (cob dam x Irish) A big strong mare who was bred locally to make a hunter for her owner - to follow in the fantastic footsteps of her dam who hunted well with the Wynnstay. Amber was backed last year by us at A.E Equestrian and has been turned away until just recently coming back into work. Unfortunately for Amber, her owners farriery business is very busy limiting his time, coupled with uncertainty whether he will hunt over the next few seasons, means she is offered for sale. She is a big strong stamp with a leg in each corner and a good body. She enjoys hacking and is green but willing around the arena at present. She has seen poles and a few small jumps which she was brave and athletic over. She is still green and learning so needs an experienced, competent jockey to continue her education.
