Rossdales Veterinary Surgeons is seeking to appoint a Personal/Research Assistant and Veterinary Technician to join our dedicated and professional team working within our Diagnostic Centre, based in Exning. This is a full-time role working 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We are seeking a highly-motivated, focused, well organised individual who understands clinical practice and wishes to further their interest in research and publication. This position involves assisting a Clinical Director who specialises in sport horse lameness, poor performance and surgery. Applicants must: Have previous PA experience, gained within an equine veterinary practice; Be a competent horse handler, capable of providing veterinary technical assistance and support where required; Have experience in veterinary research; Have the ability to remain calm under pressure; Have good teamwork skills; and Have competence with IT and/or practice management systems.
