- Ruffles is a stunning warmblood x ID (Mr Darco x Roma Diamond Skip lines) 16.3hh 6 years. Lovely Middleweight stamp with fantastic conformation, striking markings and the definite WOW factor. He has 3 excellent paces and a very honest careful, scopey jump. Happily jumping round 1m courses with scope for more and not phased by any fillers. Absolutely loves cross country too where he goes up a gear. Ruffles is a very safe ride and does need a bit of leg to motivate him in the arena, but if you put the effort in your are rewarded with a lovely ride. He can be slightly spooky but not at all sharp. Ruffles is fantastic to hack alone and in company and great with all traffic including tractors, motorbikes and quad bikes. He has been Autumn hunting and proved to be a natural, very good with hounds and safe whilst really enjoying having a good gallop with the pack all in a snaffle. Ruffles has been with an amateur older rider for the last year and done several clinics and low key outings with lots of success and compliments. Only for sale due to time constraints with children and their ponies. Ruffles will suit a confident amateur rider any age looking for a smart and safe mount to go out and have lots of fun hunting, fun rides, clinics and jumping. he is very capable at dressage to but finds that a bit boring on its own.
