- Great presence and movement, elegant looks and superb confirmation. Has been well handled since birth. Is one of a small group of young stock that has had focus and care. Alert and Inquisitive. He is good to do in the stable and around the yard. Sired by Zangersheide owned Solid Gold Z, a top performing 1.60 stallion and one of the reliable fixtures in Christian Ahlmann's sports stable. Solid Gold Z's international career got off to a fantastic start in 2018 when he became world champion under Christian Ahlmann with the 7-year-old showjumpers in Lanaken. After that it only crescendoed and the duo won at the GCT in London, won the World Cup of Abu Dhabi and shone in Sharjah, Madrid, Salzburg and at dozens of other prestigious competitions. His young Dam is one of the few breeding horses here in the UK sired by the renowned 1.60 jumper and super producer, Casall ASK, so bringing forth a dominant motherline littered with top performers. The Dam is the sister of 1.60 jumper Quadros 3 who is finding tremendous success in the USA and to the 1.50 jumper Cees 5, ridden by Philip Koch. Casall records 281 approved sons, 79 offspring jumping at 1.60 level a further 3 at 1.70 level and 2 more competing at Grand Prix level Dressage.
