- New Hall School is seeking an experienced and passionate Head of Equestrian to lead the strategic and day-to-day operations of its Equestrian and Learn-to-Ride Centres. This management role includes overseeing horse welfare, instruction, budgeting, staffing, compliance, and the development of commercial income streams. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and equine management experience, excellent communication skills, and a deep commitment to high standards of horse care and rider safety. A current lorry or trailer licence is essential. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee all aspects of equestrian centre management and development • Deliver high-quality riding instruction and stable management education • Ensure top-level equine care, health and safety, and regulatory compliance • Lead and manage the equestrian team, including training and rotas • Manage budgets and develop income-generating opportunities • Act as Riding Team Coordinator and support competitions and events This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of equestrian provision at a leading independent boarding and day school. New Hall School offers an exceptional working environment, set in a stunning Grade I listed building that is the former Tudor palace of Beaulieu.
