This is an exciting time for our equine business. With an active product pipeline and continued growth, we are recruiting for three new Territory Managers covering Southwest England, Southeast England and West England.
Candidates must reside within their designated territory.
THE POSITION
You will execute industry-leading campaigns and support veterinary customers with tailored solutions that benefit horses, owners, and veterinary professionals. You’ll be part of a dynamic, collaborative team that
values hard work, innovation, and having fun along the way.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Achieve annual and quarterly sales targets
• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong business relationships
• Promote Boehringer Ingelheim products and activities at key industry events
• Analyse sales data, market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities
• Develop strategic territory business plans
• Demonstrate strong technical understanding of our products and therapeutic areas
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations (e.g. NOAH/APHA)
• Collaborate across teams to share insights and contribute to cross-functional projects
REQUIREMENTS
Essential
• Degree level education (level 6 or equivalent)
• B2B sales experience
• Equine industry knowledge
• Highly ambitious and motivated
Desired
• Commercial acumen, and strategic planning skills
• Strong communication and influencing abilities
• Ability to work independently and within teams
