- Very reluctantly putting my daughters pony up for sale, after we kept her a further year she really has out grown her now after three wonderful years. Pollyanna, 12.2hh, registered Welsh pony mare, 9 years old, liver chestnut. Polly has been there and done it all, horse shows, show jumping, cross country, dressage, fun rides, beach rides, pony club rallies, pony camp. She's amazing to load, my 11 year old daughter solely looks after her/tacks get up/ grooms her. She prefect to hack alone and in company, never phased by cars, lorrys, tractor, motorbikes ect. She's up to date with teeth, chiropractor and physio, unfortunately i got confused with which month her vaccine was due so she missed it so will need starting again if her new home would prefer her vaccinated, farrier shes always been bare foot never required shoes. She doesn't like being clipped and she can become strong around food (typical welshie), she sometimes has a grumpy day, she is a mare after all but its just a grumpy mare stare. I wouldn't say she's entirely a 1st pony, shes a brilliant lead rein or 1.5-2nd pony, although when brought my child needed a first pony and i chucked her on and told her to learn 🤣 for child that wants to compete she's brilliant! Really sad sale as we adore this little pony, she has such a sweet nature to her, if I had the money and space id keep her forever! She comes with with all tack and rugs including a 15.5 adjustable gullet thorogood saddle which was fitted to her. I have loads of photos and videos of her out and about.
