Description: Annandale Fun Time (“Tyson”) 9-year-old | 13hh | Welsh Section B Gelding Sire: Annandale Cort Jester Dam: Tredeane May-Flower Tyson is a smart, forward-thinking pony with excellent presence and beautiful movement. He has three expressive paces, really points his toes, and works consistently in a correct outline. He would make a very competitive Working Hunter Pony. Cross country is Tyson’s real strength. He is exceptionally brave and bold, happily jumping everything put in front of him and always looking for the next fence. He has attended fun rides, a hunt meet, and the gallops, where he behaved impeccably. At the gallops he was happy to go in front or behind, even with a nervous rider, and remained sensible and rideable throughout. Tyson has also competed in unaffiliated dressage and enjoys his flatwork. He is well behaved away from home and is easy to tack up, load, travel, and handle in new environments. On the ground, Tyson is a genuine sweetheart. He loves attention, stands quietly to be groomed, and is straightforward to manage. Tyson is not suitable for a novice rider. He does not buck or rear, but he is naturally forward when showjumping and would therefore suit a confident, capable rider or small adult. He goes nicely in a snaffle. This is a very sad sale as Tyson has become very popular around the yard and is very much loved by all the kids.
