Description
14.3 happy hacker & all rounder Nova is a super sweet and genuine 6 year old mare. She was left totally unspoiled to mature until this summer, being in the same home since weaning she has had a lovely settled start to life. She came to me this summer where she’s been backed and broken to ride. She hacks out happily alone into traffic, over the moor, through water and past different animals including pigs, cows, pheasants flying up from the bushes, geese and other giddy ponies running around fields. If she’s unsure of anything she will just stop and have a look and walk on with encouragement from her rider. She isn’t spooky and remains sensible if she hasn’t seen something before, she will just pause for a better inspection, taking her time to look properly. She has started with the basis on the school where she’ll pop over a x pole in trot and generally just takes everything in her stride. I can see her being ideal for a teen to produce further as she’s so sensible and genuine. She isn’t phased by poles and fillers in and around her when schooling. She is good to catch, will live in or out and is an angel for the farrier. She’s an ideal project for someone wanting to produce their own and have a sensible level headed pony to do this with. She is still bum high and will easily fill out to 15hh+ with plenty of growing still to do. She’s up to date with vaccinations, feet, teeth and worming. She doesn’t have recorded breeding but looks to be dales or native bred with lovely action in her trot.
