Description: A genuinely lovely, well bred & talented horse. 5 yr old 15.3hh Dutch warmblood gelding. Well bred (see pics). Niko was bought 12 months ago to be professionally produced, but due to no fault of the horse whatsoever things didnt quite go to plan & he has now come home to me & I would like to sell him. He is genuinely kind, lovely & talented, but I am very aware of my capabilities & he is a competition horse & not suitable for me. He would however be suitable for a competent competitive older teenager or adult who would be happy to spend time producing him over the winter for eventing or SJ. He has a very trainable attitude, easy temperament and has been XC schooled & been to training shows. I would say he has not been worked consistently over the last year but will not take a huge amount of bringing back, although he is obv a warmblood and will need a home where he is in consistent work so absolutely no novices please. We are an honest family & will be 100% honest with the buyers as I would like him to go to a wonderful home, perhaps to someone who doesn’t have the budget for a ready made eventing horse but wants a good horse! We would love to see him thrive! He is open to a vet should you want to have him checked over & you are welcome to try him, although again being completely honest he hasn’t been ridden consistently for a while (although has been hacked out in the last couple of weeks no problem 😊) I’ll be completely honest, we paid 5 figs for him but rather than spend a fortune on putting him through schooling or sales livery we open to offers mid to high 4 figures.
