Description: Captain Clovalier Royal STUNNING dun 3yr old - 15.1hh approx (not measured). Open to offers on the right home, priced for quick sale. ISH x Connemara, registered with Sports Horse GB. Owned since imported as a weanling. Ralph is extremely sweet natured and it’s easy to forget he’s only 3 sometimes! Super loving and very trusting of people, FULL of character and charisma. Very clean conformation, lovely paces… he’s a real eye catcher and he knows it! He was castrated late (about 6months ago) so still has a bit of fizz but is lead in a rope halter with ease. Showjumping bloodlines (Cavalier Royal / Clover Hill), sire is Gloves Bobby, prolific Connemara. Ralph is a high energy horse so is always doing something and definitely has to be in the way of whatever you’re doing but he’s a pleasure to be around. Very intelligent and loves hacking, he’s a horse that needs stimulation and new challenges. Good for the farrier, loads well. Would not be suitable to live outside all year as he hates bad weather. I want him to go to a knowledgeable, experienced long term home where he will be loved. I do not want him produced and sold on. Ralph is lightly backed, hacks very well along country roads, walking and trotting, and has basic steering and woah/go’s. No canter work done. Really light in the hands and has a natural outline. He was very slowly backed by myself, on my own, showing just how easy he is. Email contact preferred in the first instance.
