Poetic Justice competed in showjumping up to 140 cm against horses and became a popular sire of performance ponies—with several of his progeny representing at European Championships. On her dam side, Annie descends from Calla Boy, another influential Connemara stallion (born circa 1976, grey), sired by Dun Aengus and out of Sliabh na mBan II. Stallions like Calla Boy’s descendants, such as Mulroy Bay, trace lineage back to this line—valuable for preserving genetic diversity. Collectively, Annie carries bloodlines steeped in athleticism, classic type, and trustworthy temperaments—a legacy of Connemara excellence.
