Description: Chunky 12.1hh, 10yo cob gelding Charlie has just come back to me after being out on loan for the summer. He has three lovely paces. He has been more of a happy hacker for most of his ridden career. He schools nicely, however is green. He is an ideal kids pony and would be best suited as a lead rein or second pony. He has been known to throw in a small buck in the school if not in regular work. He is bombproof to hack alone and in company in the heaviest of traffic. He is also happy to be led off another horse. He is currently barefoot with great feet, good to catch, clip, load and travels like a dream. Up to date with vaccinations, chiro, farrier, etc. Charlie was diagnosed with EMS in the summer, however recent blood tests show he no longer requires medication, he just needs a strict diet. The vets have said they wouldn’t even call it EMS anymore. Passed vet checks, flexions and ridden assessment earlier this year. £2250 ono, open to sensible offers for a quick sale.
