Description: Striking Dapple Grey 14hh Traditional Class 1 Connemara Pony N/N Has the potential to make a lovely family, pony club pony Sire - Kingstown Archie Boy, Dam - Castleside Salty out of Castleside Carrig Cracking Class 1 full up 14hh Connemara pony with exceptional conformation who stands square with super paces. Would make an ideal WHP or show prospect or just as easily a pony club pony. Has the bone and been bred to the original standards of the traditional Connemara pony. He is a striking dapple grey, 5 year old gelding who has been professionally broken and slowly produced in the same home for two years. While with us he has been on pleasure rides, XC schooling, forest rides, regularly hacked and had children handle and ride him. I believe this pony has the diversity and potential to learn and excel in any discipline. He has a lovely kind laid back nature and enjoys being fussed and pampered. A pony that is a real family favourite and a joy to handle and be around. Although this pony has been showing a great attitude to learning and been taking everything in his stride with us, we would like him to continue his education with somebody who is knowledgeable or knowledgeable parent who has the experience to teach or guide a child. He would even be ideal to share between a mother and child as he is a lovely size and not too narrow. We would like him to go to someone who has the knowledge to continue producing him as he is still young and impressionable, but he is a real old head on young shoulders. Even when not ridden everyday he is still very sensible. Even though we adore this pony, we feel that he is ready to carry on his journey with someone who will reach his full potential and adore him as much as we do.
