ELLIE BERRY 🍓 | 6YO IRISH MARE | BRONZE LEAGUE / HUNT / ALLROUNDER PROSPECT We weren't made aware that Ellie had sarcoids when we purchased her, so we're simply looking to get back what we paid and find her a great home. She has four sarcoids, all situated on the inside of her hind legs and away from tack. One appears to have been previously treated. Ellie is an absolute pleasure to have around. She's easy to handle, loves being groomed and bathed, and loads first time. She arrived with sharp teeth, which have now been sorted, and since then her schooling has been coming on leaps and bounds. To jump, she's great fun. Brave, uncomplicated and genuine to a fence, with the attitude to make a really smart Bronze League prospect. She's supposedly hunted for two seasons before coming to us. We've taken her on a Quorn ride where she behaved impeccably - relaxed, sensible and not strong. She's bold enough for a hedge while remaining careful and clever through trappy country. She's typical of one that's recently come over from Ireland: she needs more topline and has a few marks, but she's a cracking little mare with plenty going for her.
