Description: Lance is a fun, forward pony. He excels at jumping. This is his passion and he loves competing. He is unfazed by fillers and is very honest and responsive. He does a nice dressage test, working in a soft outline in all 3 paces, leg yielding etc, He happily hacks out alone or with others. He is good with cars/trailers. He occasionally has the odd spook but is generally brave and is good in open spaces. He is not strong or silly when cantering with others. He is unfazed by agility equipment and his party trick is drinking from a hose. He is used to animals including dogs, cats, chickens and pigs. He loves going out and about. He’s done numerous Pony Club rallies, camps, tests, Riding Club competitions (jumping and dressage), XC and jumping clinics, agility, arena eventing etc. He is a dream to load and travels great in a trailer or horse-box. He happily waits inside or tied to the trailer as long as he has plenty to eat. He currently lives out 24/7 but is happy in a stall overnight in the winter. He has lived with both mares and geldings. He is on medication during the warmer months due to our location. Happy to discuss further. Comes with some tacks and rugs. He is NOT a novice ride or push button pony. He needs a confident, experienced rider - ideally an older teen or small adult. For the right rider he is amazing. Needs an experienced home as he is a smart pony that knows all the tricks. We have owned Lance for 18 month. It is important for us that he goes to the right home and will want to keep in touch. No dealers. Will not sell unseen.
