Description: Head Above Watar (Wattie) is a stunning 16.1hh TB gelding rising 9 yrs. He is a handsome correct model with beautiful paces and a very bold and careful jump. Wattie was briefly in training but never raced so is ROR eligible and was then produced by a professional for eventing. He has been for the last year with an amateur who has had tremendous fun with him training and competing upto 90cm both show jumping and eventing. He absolutely loves to jump with excellent technique and is exceptional on a line, jumping whatever you put him at. Wattie has huge potential as a top class grassroots horse but also has the scope for 1 star and beyond. Equally who would be very competitive ROR classes. Suit experienced teenager or ambitious amateur. Snaffle mouth all phases and an easy ride but is a competition horse who needs a balanced, educated rider. Not for anyone novice or nervous as he can occasionally get a bit excited, but never nasty. Good in open spaces having done numerous beach and fun rides and good to hack and in traffic, does prefer company, but will hack alone with confident rider. Wattie is an absolute gentlemen to handle. 100 percent catch, shoe, load, travel, clip etc. No lumps, bumps, injuries or vices and he has good feet and clean limbs. Very sad sale due to change in owners circumstances and he is too good to waste. This lovely horse just loves going out to parties and needs a job.
