Description
Fantastic Pony Genuine sale of our much-loved pony, Daisy. She has been the perfect confidence giver and has taken my daughter from off the lead rein to riding independently, enjoying long hacks, cantering, and caring for her on her own. Daisy forms a strong bond with her rider and absolutely loves attention and being groomed. She is calm and kind with riders of all ages and abilities. When friends visit, she happily takes little ones on the lead rein or allows older children to ride her independently, making her a brilliant family pony. Daisy has previously done plenty of Pony Club and show jumping. Due to high mileage, she now has arthritis in her hocks, so she is no longer jumping. For comfort, she has Bute before long rides (not essential day to day). She appreciates having a stable or shelter in winter. She is fine with bikes, cars, and motorbikes, but she is not comfortable with large vehicles such as tractors or buses. For this reason, she is best suited to a home with minimal road work. We live on a farm with bridleway access, which suits her perfectly. She is well schooled and enjoys an arena. Other positives: • Easy to catch • Great with the dentist and farrier • Doesn’t need riding every week • Happy around livestock and grazes with other horses • Hacks alone or in company • Not silly, strong, or sharp Daisy has been outgrown after 3.5 years with us. Please don’t be put off by her age—she still has plenty to give the right home and genuinely enjoys being ridden. A loving home is essential for this special pony. Arab X Conamara, 22 years old. Comes with bridle, rug – saddle is extra as bought new and professionally fitted. Contact Lydia on 07802449670 to arrange a viewing – no timewasters please
