Description: Heart breaking sale of a real life “Dream Machine” 138cm dapple grey 11 year old gelding. BS name "Lenny the dream machine" Same home for the last 4 years, where he has genuinely exceeded all of our dreams for our daughter. Only for sale as he is now hopelessly outgrown, and like most parents on the circuit we have to fund the next one. Lenny has brought my daughter from jumping unaffiliated 50cm to BS 90cm/1M, but more than that he has improved her riding, ring craft and given her more experience than we could have ever wished. He is snaffle mouthed, changes established and is the most consistent pony in the ring – his record speaks for itself. He is straight forward, takes a miss looking after the jockey and always comes through the finish. He is quick thinking, chips in if needed and is genuinely the most honest pony going. He is quick against the clock, and turns on a sixpence but will step down for a smaller jockey. 2024 - won gold and leading rider at David Broomes unaffiliated Cricklands championships. Won too many to name unaffiliated showjumping shows. Went to BRC nationals multiple times. Started his BS journey in late September 2024 where he qualified for: 2025 bronze league national championship finals Stepping stones national championship final British novice national championship final Cats and pipes championship – and placed in 3rd final. 2026 - Qualified for: second rounds discovery Bluechip Pony winter discovery championship finals. He will continue to do Stepping stones/Springboards and be in line for the bronze league. He is good to clip, load, travel – good at stay away shows, catches himself, he is barefoot and always has been with no issues. He has never had any medical issues, and open to any vetting. He has done beach rides, fun rides, is good to hack going in front or the back – good in open spaces, but steps up a gear for a confident child. He is the ultimate kids pony in and out of the ring, is the most honest/genuine pony I have come across and is worth his weight In gold. He will step down for a younger jockey, but I genuinely believe is capable of jumping the bigger tracks with a better kid (my daughter isn’t accurate and we haven’t ever wanted to ruin him because he is too genuine). She has jumped individual fences at 1.20 at home – but we have always been sensible in the ring as she isn’t good enough to jump bigger than 90/1m. Lenny is the sweetest pony, he comes to call, has a big personality and will greet you every morning. He has given us the best 4 years. He has been a mother’s dream keeping my daughter safe and giving her more wins/confidence/happiness than we could have ever imagined. He is brave and bold, not phased by anything, doesn’t spook and just loves the job. He is a smart looking pony, who turns his hoof to any job whether it be pony club or BS. He really is a pony of a lifetime. Can leave for days/weeks and tack up like you rode him yesterday. Please no timewasters or joy riders. This is a hard sale of a much loved family pony, and he will only go to a 5* home. – home is important. We are in no rush to sell this amazing boy! We just want to see him repeat the amazing job he has done for us, for his next little person. You can leave for weeks and tack up like you rode him yesterday.
