Description: RALPH Striking 2020 Irish bay gelding standing at 17hh, with bloodlines including Sligo Candy Boy. This big, athletic, and beautifully put-together horse has all the makings of a future star. Ralph has three elastic, balanced paces on the flat and works in a soft, consistent outline. He rides big but remains light and responsive, giving a great feeling under saddle. Snaffle mouthed and easy to ride, he responds to leg or voice aids without being sharp or overly sensitive. Over fences, Ralph shows plenty of natural scope and confidence. He’s unbothered by coloured fillers or rustic fences and will jump off any stride. He has been lightly hunted, competed at training shows, and schooled cross-country — always showing a willing and relaxed attitude. Despite his age, he’s a gentleman to hack both alone and in company. He’s unfazed by heavy traffic and remains calm in open spaces — a genuine "Mr Cool" who’s anyone’s ride.
