Lucky is the perfect mother–daughter share, teenager’s horse or ladies’ fun allrounder. She is a very straightforward, confidence-giving type who is easy to ride and uncomplicated in every way. She is a genuine schoolmistress, with a great jump and plenty of experience. Lucky has competed in showjumping and cross country, with lots of SJ shows under her belt and regularly in the ribbons. She has also done riding club activities and hunting, where she has proven mannerly, quiet and polite. On the flat, Lucky has lovely paces, a nice step and moves well. She would easily go on to do dressage and is a comfortable, balanced ride. Lucky is super safe, sane and sensible – steady, confidence-giving and very easy to ride. She is equally sweet and straightforward on the ground, making her a pleasure to handle and look after. She hacks alone and in company, is great in traffic and open spaces, and has also taken part in pleasure rides. A hard type to find, combining conformation, temperament and genuine experience, while still being an easy ride for a wide range of riders. Open to any vet or trainer. £11,250
