Description: Monkey Nuts Quality 6-year-old 14.3hh full bred Connemara gelding, a genuine and versatile type with a lovely temperament. Ready to continue his education with his next rider. Riding away in all three paces but would benefit from a confident, experienced rider to continue his work. Hacks in company but not much on his own ,can be a bit strong but never naughty monkey has also been introduced to different environments such as arena hires as well as a showing show in the summer just gone in which he was very well behaved in the busy atmosphere. He pops little jumps and shows much potential with a natural carefulness and agility. Monkey is kind, honest and easy to handle on the ground. Good to catch, he is also very good with the farrier when having his feet trimmed, he has never been shoed with us but I have no doubt this would not bother him as he has previously had shoes on but he has such good feet we have never had to. Lives in or out. No vices. A super pony who would be best suited to a confident teen or light adult wanting a quality Connemara with plenty of potential and priced accordingly to reflect his current stage. We are in no rush to sell him as ensuring he goes to a fitting home where he will be loved and cared for is paramount.
