Description
Mothers Dream pony 7 years 13.1 hh Mare (not mareish at all!!) Never say no, gives her all, kind and sweet natured, looks after little ones. Price negotiatiable (Ono) to good home. blue blagdon, gypsy mini vanner This pony has been a saint, this is a very sad sale, she is so good in all ways. She has had many different levels of rider and looks after every single one. Ridden by novice children from age 8-14, novice adults max 10st up to 5’3 and experienced riders. She can step it up a gear or go for a quiet plod. She is a nice forward ride without being silly On the ground she is an angel, easy to catch, load, change rugs, groom, shoe, bath, tie. Tack up and go. She will stand for hours to be groomed or at a show and go to sleep until her class. Loads with no trouble at all. Is a real sweetie, to handle leads nicely and has good manners. You can plait her, clip her do vaults and round the worlds and is not spooky at all. She can stress if left alone in a field but has turned out alone and does settle . In the school She loves to jump has jumped 80/90 and gives her all. Loves jumping at home and will do grid work and chase me Charlie’s, she regularly jumps 60/ 70 with ease. Good transitions and breaks, doesn’t buck rear or bolt. If you take a fall she will wait with you. She can be strong on a turn when jumping bigger heights, but is just a bit of schooling she needs, if you rely on your leg and open your hand she never misses. Walk trot and canter and would easily do pony club. Hack Brilliant to hack in company, not spooky, will tackle bridges, bins, bikes, buses, Lorrie’s, canter in open fields without fizzing up and getting strong, walk over cattle grids, do gates and water. She needs a forward thinking rider to hack alone, or she will turn about, but just circling she will turn back easily enough, never says no, never nasty a really nice natured pony. My children have lost interest and I was keeping her on for a loaner who has now moved on to bigger horses. Would be perfect for RDA or pony club, or any novice coming off riding school horses. She’s well built and bare foot, ridden in a universal turtle top bit, she’s also got a sensitive mouth so no need to hang off her, never took a lame day in the 2 years I’ve had her. Too perfect to waste in my field, and should be loved and enjoyed by some little person or adult. Comes with decent and fitted tack and rugs Up to date with teeth and vaccinations Microchipped and passported
