One of the most careful horses I’ve come across!! Slowly produced young horse with the brain and talent to continue up the levels. Very sad sale of Patch, who I have owned since an unbroken 4yo. Only offered for sale due to myself moving and not being able to take my horses with me. Patch is a total standout wherever he goes, a real head turner. He oozes ability and class, and has the brain to match. I have produced him slowly due to his size and only having a select few months a year to give him my full attention due to my work. He is ready to kick on up the levels and is still unspoilt. He has jumped clears to foxhunter as a 6yo including finishing the year off being in the top 10 at Onley 6yo class with a 13yo petite girl onboard. Has enjoyed a long winter break (because of my own lack of time) and has matured into the full package, now back in and ready to get out jumping! Patch loves work and tries his socks off, you will not come across a horse as careful as him. Forgiving to a fence and wants to please. Do not be put off by his size, I am only 5ft3, he is light and agile underneath you! Could also event if given the right training, XC schooled as a 5yo and took it all in his stride. Patch is beautifully mannered out hacking, and bombproof in traffic. Completely low maintenance and easy to handle on the floor, is regularly ridden around bare back and follows you round the yard without a headcollar. Absolutely loves a fuss and a total gentleman to do everything with. The best of homes only for this superstar in the making.
