Description: Lion (The Lion Strikes) is one of the most hard-working, talented and easy to get on with horse we've ever had! Last year was his first season eventing, and he was double clear more often than not, and rarely out of the placings! This year he's backed that up by qualifying for Osberton Eventing Championships, and stepping up to 100 in such convincing style that he's ready to step up to Novice in a few more runs! *3rd in the BRC Area Qualifier at Howick! *9th in the BRC Championships at Swalcliffe! *10th in his first 90 at Pontispool, with a DC! *4th in the Young Horse National Championship at Dauntsey with a DC (no time)! *9th in his first BE90 at Swalcliffe, with a DC (no time)! *Clear XC in his first BE100s! He's also done some pure SJ, and is registered BS, and had a 67% test at Novice level. We absolutely wish we could keep this little legend, at least for another season, but he's ready to go, and we have other horses who need our attention! He's an absolute joy to have about, easy enough for a less confident/ less able rider to ride and handle, but is also keen to compete!
