Description: Polo (Cefnmeurig Magic Scott), 147.2cm, green book Welsh section D. Good Welsh bloodlines Derwen, Fronarth, Nemo. 10th at the 2024 JCB Pony Club National Dressage Championships. Competed up to 1m at BSJ & 90cm in Pony Club Arena Eventing qualifiers Won qualifiers and competed at PC Spring Festival Dressage Championships, 2 years in a row 2023/24 Polo is not a first pony and needs a confident but kind and gentle rider who will work with him and treat him well. He always looks after his rider and would never throw a buck. He has competed at BSJ in the past, up to 1m and jumped regularly at Pony Club show jumping up to 95cm and Arena Eventing up to 90cm, along with lots of unaffiliated SJ Comps around the North West. Would do brilliantly at Eventing, as is well behaved and never silly in open fields. He is bold with water and ditches and has plenty of stamina. Polo has won every dressage qualifier he has done and has competed at 3 national championships, placing 10th in 2024, at the Nationals. He has also competed at British Dressage and qualified and competed at the Pet Plan area festival. He has lovely paces and enjoys learning, so would make an amazing dressage pony with a bit more time invested. Polo is happy to hack alone or in company, and is good with all traffic including large vehicles. Polo has a lovely nature, good on the ground and to handle. Good with Farrier, Dentist, Vet, clipping, loading and travels well in a horsebox, but has had some issues with trailers in the past. Genuine reasons for sale as rider is moving up to horses, and therefore will only be going to a home that deserves him. Located near Northwich in Cheshire.
