Trojan Warrior
12.2hh. 15 years.
What can I say about our blue eyed little boy.
We have owned Troj man for 4 years. My daughter was 6 when we first got him and he has taken her from a nervous little girl on the lead rein to a confident elegant rider galloping along the coastlines of Norfolk.
I owe this pony my life and he really is apart of our family but unfortunately my daughter has now completely lost interest and it’s not fair to keep this special boy just to be a field ornament when he has the ability to teach other children how to love and ride.
I owe this little man the world and if I had a garden big enough I would keep him forever as a pet because to be honest he’s more of a big dog.
He’s an absolute stunner with his beautiful long mane and two blue eyes. He’s a complete gentleman.
He will stand there for hours being rubbed all over as scratches are his favourite.
Hes so easy going.
He lives out most of the time but is stabled in winter.
He does suffer with hayfever in spring so just have to add his nose net in when riding.
He had no other faults.
He does need plenty of turnout as he doesn’t do well being couped up all day.
He is barefoot. Hacks alone or in company. Can live with geldings or mares but does love to have company so loves a herd he can be apart of as he’s such a great friend and role model to other ponies.
He is a PC all rounder well know in the Puckeridge hunt western community and often competes in dressage. Showjumping and his favourite cross country.
He lunges well. Does a small amount of horsemanship. Just literally follows you around.
He is up to date with all of his jabs/ teeth/ feet.
He is not just a first ridden he does step up when he needs too which is why you will have him for years because he is the ultimate unicorn.
He’s just such a poppet and will truly break my heart when our time is up.
We are looking for the right home and he will not be available until End of July after my daughter has done her last pony club camp.
He will come with all of his pristine tack and rugs (of all weights). (Not that he is rugged to often being a compact cob)
His saddle is less than a year old.
He will be going up for sale for 7k with potential offers on right home.
Would love him to go to a loving family who adore him as much as we do.
Happy for viewings to start and if an offer placed then the new owners can come up weekly and get to know him and ride him until they take him home.
We are based in Hitchin
