Description: Sam finds himself looking for a new home due to no fault of his own. He is a sensitive and forward thinking character that gives the most rewarding feeling when things come together. He needs a good, competent rider to get the best out of him. He was purchased directly from his breeder where he was professionally produced and evented to Novice, however he has spent the last few years enjoying life in the field and low level work due to lack of time and commitment of rider. He often won at dressage with me which I put down to his quality presence above my skill. He isn’t perfect and windsucks regularly which he has always been allowed to do, this has never caused him any health concerns. He also has arthritic hocks which haven’t required any treatment to date and is managed with regular work and good turnout. An ideal home would be someone who doesn’t necessarily have the budget for a 7 year old version but has the skill, experience and commitment to having a quality horse.
