Description: RAVEN Beautiful 2021 Irish black mare standing at 16hh. This striking and classy girl is an easy-going, well-mannered and very kind type, offering a super safe and confidence-giving ride. Raven has a lovely temperament and is a pleasure both ridden and on the ground. On the flat, Raven has three lovely paces and is an uphill mover with expressive, elasticated movement. She is not sharp, strong or silly and rides nicely off the leg or voice, making her straightforward and uncomplicated. She would certainly do well in dressage and is very comfortable to ride. Raven enjoys her jumping and has a nice pop over a fence. She is honest and willing, happy over coloured fillers and rustic fences, and will jump from both trot and canter. She makes a neat shape and always tries to help her rider out. Hacking is another strong point. Raven has done plenty of pleasure rides and beach rides and is happy hacking alone or in company. She is excellent in heavy traffic and open spaces and takes everything in her stride. She has also been out doing low-level riding club activities and polework clinics. On the ground, Raven is sweet, kind and easy to handle. She is totally trustworthy, particularly around children and animals, and is a genuinely quiet, safe and confidence-giving mare. A lovely allrounder who is open to any vet or trainer.
