Change in circumstances which can be discussed upon enquiry…no time wasters genuine people only registered part bred Welsh D x cob 15.1/2 15 years old Kizzy is a fun and forward but safe mare who needs a confident and experienced rider. She is not a novice ride due to this and requires a reassuring rider with soft hands that has previously ridden forward horses. This is a must so please don’t enquire otherwise. Kizzy is a very sweet mare who hacks both alone and in company. She is rode both in traffic and open fields.She can occasionally spook, nothing silly, never bucked or reared, just jumps however with little encouragement she gets on. She thrives off work and enjoys being ridden, her ears are always forward and loves exploring new rides. Has been turned out with mares and geldings. She loves people and likes a fuss, will stand all day being pampered. We have been told that she is more suited to a small, quiet yard rather than a big livery yard. We have our own private stables so can only advise from the previous home. She is good to travel, good to shoe and with the dentist. she is nervous to clip and is much better with sedation. A genuine home is a must for this girl as she was in her previous home for 6 1/2 years. We are saddened that it has come to this but homes will be vetted and can be put in touch with previous owner upon purchase who is willing to talk to anyone interested in kizzy. This is an open and honest ad, as we want a home that is right for her. Would suit someone that would like to hack/ endurance ride as I think this is what she enjoys the most. Though, in her previous home, Kizzy has enjoyed jumping, cross country, schooling days and farm rides, but this is not something we have done with her in the time that she has spent with us.please call for anymore info ect.
