Description: 15’3hh 10yr old TB Mare Ruby is good to hack alone & with company not bothered by traffic, motorbikes/lorries/tractors etc good to lead on board & off. I’ve done alot of hacking/schooling/arena hires with her. Ruby has been out hunting once with me, for her first time out rather overwhelmed to start, finished fantastically will only get better the more she does! Ruby splashed through deep fords, lead over some fences. You can take her away from her friends happily. Very willing attitude, happy to please. Very suitable for a competent but not complete novice. Ruby is light off the leg & not a complete dope. She enjoys her work and likes to get on with things. She will pop a nice fence, I have slowly introduced the SJ with her which she’s showing great potential. Good to load/shoe/clip. Happy to be turned out or stabled. Has been turned out with mares & geldings. Always snaffle mouthed never strong or silly. The longer she stays with me the more she will be doing especially with the hunting sides of things to lengthen her education with this, although as a low level allrounder she would be great for a rider who wants to stick their own stamp on her but also a fun happy hacking horse for somebody.
