- Are you looking for a pocket rocket for a brave young jockey?
Scrappy is only a few steps away from being your child’s next best friend!
He was professionally backed last year, had the winter off and is now coming back into work.
He’s been a lovely little lead-rein pony, not the go-slow type.
He needs a confident little jockey to show him the way off-lead and he’ll be off winning reds left right and centre.
He has hacked out and schooled with a small adult on board. He was confident to take the lead and see the world.
He can be nervous around large traffic but it’s because he hasn’t seen much of it. With company he’s much better. Nothing nasty, just isn’t sure if he might get squished as he’s diddy. His current rider isn’t confident so it’s not the best match.
Such a sweet chap with a lovely nature, just nervous at times due to past experiences - he was found tied up on a bridleway poor fella.
Regularly seen by physio, dentist and farrier. Barefoot currently and just restarted vaccs.
I’d love to find him a home where he can thrive!
He hasn’t jumped yet under saddle but he’s got a lovely little pop on him and really engages over poles. He’s jumped on the lunge and he’s super! Floaty, elegant trot too.
He’s a work in progress but will be awesome once he’s away.
He’s a fantastic companion too. Lives on fresh air, doesn’t worry if he’s left on his own in the field or stable. Loads and travels well.
He’s so loveable, we adore him and will be sad to see him go but we can’t find the right jockey.
