Introducing Bonnie 🤎
Rising 6 | approx. 15.2hh | Sporty Connemara x TB
By Grade A jumper Ross Fear Bui
Bonnie is a versatile, straightforward mare with a kind brain and a genuinely sensible outlook on life.
Bonnie is safe, sane, and uncomplicated. Although still green, she has a very intelligent head and is ready for someone to put their own stamp on. She is naturally balanced with lovely smooth paces, rides forward and responsive off the leg, and has excellent brakes. Always ridden in a snaffle.
She hacks happily alone and in company, is unfazed by new environments, and takes everything in her stride. Loads and travels perfectly, great to clip (just falls asleep) good to shoe and has impeccable manners on the ground. She’s been in the same home since the age of two and was bought by me from a vet who got her directly from the breeder in Ireland.
Currently sold from the field as I am moving country and have my horses turned away, however Bonnie has been kept ticking over with regular hacking and has remained settled and sensible throughout the winter.
She is:
•Easy and genuine to handle
•Not sharp or silly
•Up to date with teeth, farrier, and worming
•Will come with some of her wardrobe
She can be mareish and aggressive towards other horses when it comes to food, so this is reflected honestly.
Bonnie is a lovely young mare who is going to make someone very happy and is an ideal prospect for an amateur or competent rider wanting a sensible, enjoyable horse to take forward into spring. She has not been rushed or spoilt.
💰 I am open to negotiations for the right home and a hassle free quick sale - or she will stay and be ridden on till the spring-summer and be re advertised then. She is a quality mare with all of the basics under her belt, ready to go on and have a successful career with the right jockey.
Serious enquiries only, good home is essential.
