Description: Chester (Westbrook Copycat, by the brilliant Llanarth Alleycat) is a yard favourite wherever he goes, super little flashy allrounder who is a lovely, responsive ride with beautiful, floating paces and a fabulous jump! Chester has been with me for 7 years. Has done fun rides, unaffiliated winter championship dressage (reserve champs) and competed SJ up to 80cm, easily jumps 1m at home. Would excel at dressage or BSJ in the right hands. Equally would make a perfect RC/PC ride. Heaps of potential and a real head turner, ridden in a snaffle, great temperament - always happy to see you and involve himself in whatever you’re doing! Has plenty left to offer and hasn’t been overdone so clean limbed and totally sound. Chester enjoys every aspect of his work, his flatwork is superb and he loves to jump! Will hack alone or in company. He can be sharp and keen, particularly when jumping, so for that reason he isn’t a novice/nervous ride, but he has no malice at all, just excited and springy! Would suit a confident little rider ready to move up a level or a smaller adult looking to have some fun. Great to catch/clip/farrier/travel etc, lives out or in, currently barefoot & an easy pony to keep. Genuinely the happiest little boy, I will be so sad to see him go but I just cannot offer him the type of riding he is capable of since having my daughter and he has been outgrown by his current loan home.
