Description: Meet our lovely horse Blue, he’s been an asset to our team but we now feel he’s ready to settle in to a steadier way of life with one to one. Blue has been a complete super star, great to hack alone and in company, showjumping British novice and done a stay away show. Blue has been used for advanced clients in our riding school as he goes very well on the flat and is super responsive to jump. Blue would be triple the price however this is why the price reflects him.. - blue is shod every 4 weeks with pads, this is something that must be kept up with. - Blue is a professional ride/ needs someone who knows what they are doing. He would not like a flappy, loud rider. Blue likes to be dealt with in a knowledgeable way- he would not like having girth pulled right up straight away as that would make him tense, he also wouldn’t like big flappy jackets. He just likes to be treated with the respect that he deserves. - Blue had done a split a couple of months ago, I had him checked fully and the only thing they could find was a split, box rested for 3 weeks and then he’s been sound since. He’s since passed riding school check and has been doing some lessons and hacking with his sharer. - I’m completely open to a vetting however I do not think he would pass a 5 stage vetting, price is reflected with this. ** In my opinion, person who would suit Blue would be someone who can afford to take on a slight gamble , he’s a super smart horse who’s been a credit to our team, he’s not cheap to keep (shoeing) but our Our view he’s worth it. History … Blue had an injury in 2023 where he went lame (I will send over vet report via whatapp) while he was on full livery here with us. so we did his rehab for this then owners, once he was rehabbed he was then sold on to a new family, when the family’s daughter stopped riding, we brought him back last summer as we have always loved him. Blue is fussy with what he goes in tack wise, he has a lovely ideal so I would be open to negotiating tack but will not be included in the price. Very nice horse for the right person.
